In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Vishnu told that when he was writing the script of this movie, only Akshay’s name was on his mind at that time.

“Main sirf propose kar sakta hoon, approval mujhe Lord Shiva se hi mila, Spiritually speaking, It is Lord Shive who chose him to play this character not me”
